So a lot has happened in the time that I haven’t written.
I’ve undergone some major changes. I even moved houses, and that’s a long story. Maybe someday I’ll tell it, but I guess today is not the day.
Yesterday, I went out to buy skincare products for myself at Marmara park, and there’s a funny story about how my tummy started to run, and I had to find the nearest bathroom where there was a queue, so I ended up using the empty disabled toilet, but that’s not what this post is about.
Anyway, I had only 400 lira, and even though I was worried that it was not enough I decided impromptu to get the tattoo I had been planning to get for some time now. I still have plans for my original ’first tattoo’ design, but I’ll get that in summer by God’s Grace, because it’s a wraparound my thigh.
It cost 100 lira, although the artist initially said it’ll cost 150 lira, but I asked nicely, with a cute face, and he agreed. I’ll obviously put a link to his Instagram page (https://instagram.com/beylikduzudovme?igshid=ndap9atnkuji) for anyone in the Beylikduzu area that’s interested.
He also said I could come get my tongue pierced for 50 lira, and I’m considering it, because I did have my tongue pierced before, but we’ll see.
Anyway, here’s a picture of my very first tattoo, and I love it. I know how most people feel about putting someone else’s name or initials on their body, but honestly I don’t share those sentiments. As a matter of fact, I made up my mind to never cover this up no matter what.
